Hard work, we never understood the true meaning of working hard at something until it came down to publishing a magazine. Thank the powers that be for great people and those of you who continue to support the efforts of DY Magazine. 2010 is a year of prosperity but it will take a lot of hard work, we have to get up off the couch people and out from in front of the TV. Get active in something, Let your voice be heard, and pay close attention to what is going on in the world outside of the tube. Pick up a newspaper, read the local and world headlines and do not let this life pass you by. Our cover reminds me of the battles we face with the television. It is programming us to think and act in a certain way. It gives us a false reality and we are tuned in and always expecting the tube to feed our minds. There is a battle over our minds and we have to win back our consciousness and elevate ourselves to a higher purpose. It takes hard work and a lot of restless nights for us to achieve our goals, but we can do them. They are achievable and we know that 2010 is about the growth of DY Magazine and our fans.
